How to Book
1. Go to Reserve a Room page.
2. Filter the availability of the rooms by clicking the calendar bar and choose your desired reservation date. Also, configure how many people will be booking. Then, click Search.
Note: Count your children and infant/s as "Adults" on the filter and the discount for infants will reflect once you send us your details on Facebook Messenger.
3. Once the filter has loaded, choose your desired room by clicking Show Rates and clicking the + button to add that room into Your reservation details on the right side of the page.
4. Click Continue and fill up your information.
5. Click Continue to Checkout once you are done filling out the required information.
6. A pop-up will welcome you for you to review your inputted details. Make sure to read the Payment Procedure.
7. After clicking Pay Now, wait for Your payment is in progress to load then screenshot your reservation details as proof of your reservation.
The email sent to you can also serve as proof of your reservation.
There instances that Your payment is in progress is not loading up as it should be. Do not worry since you can still view your reservation details in the email that has been sent to your provided email. You can also click the Reservation details button to see your details on the web.

How to Pay
Before proceeding to payment, let us confirm if your handpicked reservation date is truly available. Chat us in Facebook Messenger by visiting our FB Page Family World Transhotel & Family World Cabin House.
This acts as an insurance to avoid double-booking across various platforms and to ensure that no conflicts will happen monetary-wise. We do our best to keep our system updated to avoid further problems.
If everything has been confirmed available, we will send the necessary details for payment, also in Facebook Messenger. The 50% Down Payment will be paid online through BDO and the rest of the balance will be paid upon check-in.

Yes, you can. Booking multiple rooms usually happens when your group is larger than the maximum capacity of a single room. You can book multiple rooms just by adding a separate room by clicking Show Rates and Add room consequently. Your preferred 2nd room, or perhaps a 3rd and 4th room, will appear in Your Reservation Details.

Sorry but strictly No Pets allowed on premises.

Yes, we allow stays for one night to one month at maximum.

It is possible, however, not all requests for an extension is approved since there are instances of your reserved being already booked by another guest prior to your request for an extension.
